Melody Adhami is an entrepreneur and executive leader with nearly two decades of experience building and scaling innovative organizations across the technology and healthcare sectors.
Melody currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Pollin and President of FH Health, where she leads initiatives focused on expanding access to healthcare through technology, innovation, and patient-centred solutions.
Melody co-founded Plastic Mobile, a pioneering Canadian mobile technology company that became an internationally recognized leader in mobile innovation before its acquisition by Havas. She subsequently held senior executive leadership roles, including CEO of Havas Canada.
A recognized advocate for innovation and healthcare accessibility, Melody contributes to industry thought leadership through publications, advisory roles, and community initiatives. She has served in advisory and governance roles with different organizations including Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council (NSERC) and the Young President’s Organization (YPO) and actively supports initiatives that advance reproductive health awareness and expand access to fertility care.
Melody holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and an MBA from McMaster University.
