Skilled Trades Ontario (STO) is in the process of developing a new three-year strategic plan aimed at modernizing Ontario’s skilled trades and apprenticeship system.
The purpose of the survey is to assess the perceptions, attitudes, and sentiments of apprentices, certified tradespersons, employers, educators, industry representatives, and STO staff. The findings will further inform and support the development of Skilled Trades Ontario’s three-year strategic plan.
Please be assured that all responses will be kept strictly confidential and will only be reported in aggregate form. Participation in this survey is entirely voluntary, and you may choose to skip any question or withdraw at any time without any consequences. Your individual answers will not be shared with anyone outside the research team, and your privacy will be fully protected throughout the process. We appreciate your honest and thoughtful input.
